O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
