ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 19.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28863 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. without fail, until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Arakkonam.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Arakkonam on 03.02.2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. dsn 10.01.2025
