Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the same caption.

2. Again on 03.01.2025, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and in order to give one more opportunity to the appellant, the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant and list the matter on 06.01.2025 under the caption "for dismissal".
