This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2023.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
