Mr.K.Bijai Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal for the reason that the appellants have discharged the decree amount in the execution proceedings. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
