This petition has been filed to direct the respondent-police not to harass the petitioner and their family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint of N.Rajan, petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
