Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14889 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14889 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14889 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14889 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
