11/01/2018 made in O.P.No.465 of 2017 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- Heard. In compliance of the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in O.P.No.465 of 2017, the applicants have filed this application and prayed to confirm the Sale Deed dated 13.06.2018 executed by the applicant Trust in favour of M/s.Rainbow Foundations Limited. The same is recorded.

2. In view of the above, the order dated 11.01.2018 passed by this Court is complied with and the sale is confirmed. Accordingly, this application is closed.
