A.Nos.8164 of 2007:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order dated 21.04.2007 passed by the Hon'ble Master in Application Nos.1810 of 2006, in E.P.No. 157/2005 on the following amongst other grounds.

A.Nos.8166 of 2007:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant

interim stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.157/2005 in C.S.No.710/1998, pending disposal of the above Appeal Application. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- The Application No.8163 of 2007 has been filed by the applicant/objector to set-aside the order dated 21.04.2007 passed by the learned Master in Application No.1809 of 2006 in E.P.No.157 of 2005.

2. The Application No.8164 of 2007 has been filed by the applicant/objector to set-aside the order dated 21.04.2007 passed by the learned Master in Application No.1810 of 2006 in E.P.No.157 of 2005.

3. The Application No.8165 of 2007 has been filed by the applicant/objector to set-aside the order dated 21.04.2007 passed by the learned Master in Application No.1811 of 2006 in E.P.No.157 of 2005.

4. The Application No.8166 of 2007 has been filed by the applicant/objector to grant interim stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.157 of 2005 in C.S.No.710 of 1998.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the sole

applicant died even in the year 2009 itself and he further submitted that he came to know about the death of the applicant only today. It is very strange to see that for the past 12 years, neither the learned counsel, nor the party contacted each other. A prudent person can expect that either the counsel or the party would contact each other. Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is not sustainable. Since the sole appellant died in the year 2009 itself, all the applications are dismissed as abated. Sd./-P.V.J 20.04.2022 //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2022.
