PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body of the petitioner's minor daughter S.Pooja, aged 17 years, daughter of M.Sudhagar before this Court, who is under the illegal custody of the third and fourth respondents and hand over the custody of S.Pooja to the petitioner herein.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., S.Pooja, aged 17 years, sought production of his daughter.
2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.
3. The detenue has been produced by second respondent.
