(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Kawsalya, aged 17 years, D/o.E.Venkatesan, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents 1 and 2. On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is aged about 17 years and that there is no illegal detention by any body and she expressed her willingness to go along with her father/the petitioner herein, who is also present before this Court and he is also willing to take back his daughter/the alleged detenue. 3.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
