MAHADEVAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION NO.623 OF 2020 IN CRL.RC.NO.1240 OF 2019 K.RAMESH [ PETITIONER ] Vs K.T.R.KATHIRESAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to comply the conditional order of this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.Mp.No. 16600/2019 in Crl.Rc.No.1240/2019 by order dated 14.11.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. L.GAVASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order in Crl.M.P.No.16600 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1240 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial constrains, the petitioner was not able to comply with condition (a) of the earlier order of this Court, dated 14.11.2019, namely, to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court.

4. Acceding to the said request, time is extended finally by 10 days from today to deposit such amount. It is made clear that, excepting the time extension, the other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 14.11.2019 shall remain unaltered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This Crl.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
