ORDER
(MADE BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The petitioner, the husband of the detenue, has filed the present petition, seeking a direction to the respondent to produce, his wife, Maheswari, aged 52 years, before this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the detenue was traced and she has given a statement stating that she went to Tirupathi and, thereafter, she was traced out by her husband and son on 19.6.18 and, thereafter, she has taken asylum with the petitioner.
