O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed challenging the order passed in W.P.No.5938 of 2017, dated 30.07.2018.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 06.08.2019, would submit that as per the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.5938 of 2017, dated 30.07.2018, the first respondent has conducted the enquiry and passed orders.

3. In the light the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
