allotment of shop at Vegetable Market - Koyambedu on outright sale in so far as 2 Vegetable Godowns bearing Nos. VN-124 and VG-88 is concerned and quash the same.

(Order of the Court was made by M. SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) Though the writ petition was filed before the Hon'ble Roaster Bench sitting single, having noted some public interest, it was directed to be listed before this Bench and accordingly, it is listed today before this Bench.

2.It is fairly brought to the notice of this Court by the respective learned counsel that, writ petitions as to the outright sale of godowns in Shop Nos.VN-124 and VN-88 in W.P.Nos.11576 and 2352 of 2020 respectively had ended in dismissal.

3.In the light of the above, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
