Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5792 of 2018 dated 12.04.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6192 of 2018 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.MURALI Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, PUDUCHERRY on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5792 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6192 of 2018 on 12.04.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.5792 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6192 of 2018 on 12.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.5792 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6192 of 2018 on 12.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
