Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to comply with the proceedings passed by the first respondent in o.mu.e.1535231/2023/K5 dated 30.11.2023 and remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4 to 9 in the light of Revenue Standing Order 26(15) after conducting proper enquiry on the representation dated 10.11.2023 made by the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that encroachment is made on the "Nilaviyal Cart Track".

3. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the enquiry has been fixed on 22.01.2024 and steps are being taken by the authorities.
