Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker (the testator herein) to Rs.12,000/- instead of Rs. 5,000/- p.m. and direct the respondent herein to pay from the date of order of denial by the respondent (i.e. From 30/10/2008).
This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order:
The learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and he has also filed a memo by the applicants dated 23.06.2022 to that effect.
