Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents authorities to comply with the proceedings of the third respondent dated 17.11.2023 vide Na.Ka.4221/2023/A2 and remove the encroachment made by the private respondents herein in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.540 of 2014 dated 04.12.2024 after conducting proper enquiry on the representation dated 09.12.2023 made by the petitioner.

ORDER

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that necessary steps would be undertaken and the encroachments on the subject property would be removed within a period of six months.
