ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent's police to register the petitioner's complaints dated 20.04.2016, investigate and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.146 of 2016. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
