It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is satisfied with the inspection of the property by the concerned authorities of the Corporation of Greater Chennai and the action taken against the Third Respondent, in furtherance of the earlier order dated 08.01.2020 passed by this Court. effect, which is recorded.

Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent submitted that during inspection, the authorities of the Corporation of Greater Chennai had required the floor to be plastered, but the Petitioner, who is the Landlady, is not permitting the same to be carried out.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. If the Petitioner and the Third Respondent still have any grievance to be redressed against each other, it is open to them to work out their remedy for necessary reliefs before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

The Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
