O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.33/2014-15, dated 15.04.2015 and quash the same as illegal. 2.The writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 15.04.2015, wherein an amount of Rs.1,16,221/- was sought to be recovered from the petitioner on the ground that the certificate issued by Ramakrishna Mission, Vivekananda University possessed by the petitioner was not recognised by the Tamil Nadu Government.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the entire amount of Rs.1,16,221/- was recovered from the petitioner and subsequently the certificate issued by Ramakrishna Mission, Vivekananda University was recognised by the Tamil Nadu Government and the amount was also reimbursed to the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/5

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infrucuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
