[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased/victim who is the defacto complainant in this case.

They have filed Crl.M.P.No.2442 of 2022, seeking leave to file implead petition and filed the captioned petition to implead them as legal heirs of the deceased victim who died on 07.12.2021.

2. This Court by an order dated 23.02.2023 granted leave as sought for in Crl.M.P.No.2442 of 2022. In view of the said order of this Court, the instant petition is allowed permitting the petitioners herein to implead themselves as petitioners 2 to 7/Appellants 2 to 7.
