Writ Appeal filed under clause 15 of the Letters Patent, praying to set aside the order passed in W.P.No.25377 of 2016 dated 30.09.2016. Petition presented to this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to treat the petitioner as a in-service candidate for the three year Higher Speciality Courses in Tamilnadu for the session 2016-2017 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to include the name of the petitioner for further counseling and grant admission if otherwise eligible as per the prospectus for the three year Higher Speciality Courses in Tamilnadu for the session 2016-2017. JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDER, J)
1. This is an appeal filed against the order of the learned single Judge dated 30.09.2016.
2. Mr.P.S.Siva Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who appears for the appellants say, that he will move the learned single Judge for vacating the interim order, if so advised, as the writ petition is still pending adjudication.
3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for. Consequently, connected applications will stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
