This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order 1/4

passed by this Court on 09.03.2022 in W.A.No.2697 of 2019.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent that the order dated 09.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2697 of 2019 has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner disputed the said fact by contending that the Petitioner has not been paid the amount on par with his counterparts. He further submitted that though it has been stated by the Respondent that the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner, there is a difference in the amount paid to him.

4. Heard both sides.

5. To be noted, in contempt jurisdiction, this Court cannot conduct a roving enquiry and the scope of this Court is only to see as to whether the order alleging non compliance of which this petition has been filed, has been complied with or not.
