Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in his impugned order dated 14.02.2011 in reference No.

e/f/3756/2010/rp ehs: 14/2/2011 directing for the inclusion of names of the respondents 4 to 8 in patta No.367 and 983 of Peramankani Village Cheyyur Taluk, Cheyyur, Kancheepuram District and quash the same and direct the

third respondent to restore the said patta No.367 and 983 in its original form exist before 14.02.2011 by removing the names of the respondents 4 to 8 from the said 2 patta Nos.367 and 983.

For Petitioner : Mr. N.Nagu Sah For Respondents 1-3 : Mrs. A.Madhumathi Special Government Pleader 4-8 : Mr. V.G.Anbarasu O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 14.02.2011 and to direct the third respondent to restore the patta No.367 and 983 in its original form by removing the names of the respondents 4 to 8 from the said patta.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports no instruction from his client. However, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 8 states that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court and that therefore the writ petition can be closed as infructuous.

3. Though this Court is expected to issue notice to the petitioner before closing the writ petition, on the basis of petitioner's counsel reporting no instruction, is inclined to dispose this writ petition.

4. Recording the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 8, that the parties to this writ petition have amicably settled the issues, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in case the petitioner realises or come to know that the disposal of the writ petition on the basis of representation of the learned counsel for the
