Accordingly, today i.e. 29.01.2020 the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", but, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought adjournment. Since the petition is pending from the year 2013 without any progress and the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" after giving sufficient opportunities, this Court is not inclined to grant any time. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
