(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above appeals.

2. Heard Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

3. We perused the affidavits filed by the petitioner in support of these petitions, wherein, it has been stated that the writ petitioners have filed the writ petitions by citing the Executive Officer of the Tiruverkadu Municipality as one of the respondents. But, the fact remains that the Tiruverkadu Municipality is headed by the Commissioner and hence, the present petitions came to be filed by the said authority.

On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
