ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to close the TASMAC Wine Shop No.6467, situated in Survey No.24/2, T.Palur Village, Ariyalur, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022.

3.The apprehension of the petitioner is that there is a possibility that her TASMAC Wine Shop No.6467, situated in Survey No.24/2, T.Palur Village, Ariyalur may be closed by the respondents. In such circumstances, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 12.12.2022 requesting them not to close her shop. Since the representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.Heard Mr.M.Manimaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.

5.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions would submit that the apprehension of the petitioner is uncalled for as no decision has been taken by the respondents to close down the petitioner's Wine Shop No.6467 referred to supra.

6.Since the respondents have categorically stated before this Court that they are not going to close down the petitioner's Wine Shop for the present, this writ petition is disposed of, after recording the undertaking given by the respondents through the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent before this Court. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. No costs. 24.01.2023 Index: Yes/No vga 3/4
