On instructions, learned counsel representing the mother of the minor children states that the children are back in Chennai after their trip to Saudi Arabia. He seeks time to file the affidavit of compliance.

2. By A.No.195 of 2023, the mother of the minor daughter, Nabihah Ali, seeks permission for her daughter to go on a school trip to Kodaikanal from 19.01.2023 to 22.01.2023. On instructions, learned counsel for the father of the minor children submits that he has no objection to this application being allowed. In view of the said submission, this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. By order dated 21.12.2022, I directed parties to arrive at an agreement in respect of modified visitation rights. The parties submit that they were unable to arrive at such agreement. List the matter on 25.01.2023 in the Chambers at 5.00 P.M.
