This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondent to issue Class-II Legal Heir Certificate to the petitioner herein.

2. The respondent had forwarded his written instructions to the learned Additional Government Pleader and stated a wide range of facts and it would only be appropriate that the respondent passes an order on the application given by the petitioner herein, explaining the reasons as to whether the Legal Heir Certificate could be granted or could not be granted, and if it could not be granted, giving necessary reasons. The Tahsildar may dispose of the said representation on or before 17.03.2023.
