ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pay the arrears of salary due to the petitioner from 27.08.2014 to 16.07.2018, and all other benefits and thereby return all his Educational certificates and transfer him to another school by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2019, 03.10.2019, 23.04.2019, 18.07.2019, 27.01.2020, 08.02.2021, 12.04.2022, 07.07.2022, 15.07.2022 and 01.08.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 13.02.2019, 03.10.2019, 23.04.2019, 18.07.2019, 27.01.2020, 08.02.2021, 12.04.2022, 07.07.2022, 15.07.2022 and 01.08.2022 and pass
appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
