PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the Enquiry Report dated 23.05.2017 given by the 3rd respondent/Enquiry Officer in his proceedings Na.Ka.P1/5063/2017 and settle all the pensionary benefits including the monthly pension, 1/4

ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to pass final orders on the inquiry which was completed on 23.05.2017.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the respondents to forthwith pass final orders, if not already passed, in the inquiry that has been completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
