Mr. J. Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died as early as in the year 2015 and that no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as abated.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
