A.No.389 of 2023 A.No.389 of 2023 in O.P.No.510 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J In a petition for grant of succession certificate, the present application is filed for amendment.

2. Two amendments are prayed for, namely, to amend the name of the first petitioner as Jeeva Ganesh, instead of G.Jeeva, so as to record the name as specified in the first petitioner's PAN card and Demat account. The second amendment prayed for relates to the place of residence and death of Mr.R.K.Viswanathan, in respect of whose estate the succession certificate is prayed for.

3. Upon examining the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied that the amendment does not alter the nature or character of the petition, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 15.02.2023.
