The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take disciplinary action against the respondents 4 and 5 for their activities on 03.03.2013 and 05.03.2013 towards the petitioner in the T4 Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai and pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2013 and 06.03.2013 to the respondents 2 and 3.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been complied with during the pendancy of this writ petition and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
