PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for direction of seeking speedy disposal of the proceedings in O.S.No.2019 of 2017 on the file of the learned VI Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.

The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in O.S.No.2019 of 2017 speedily.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the suit has been kept pending for more than 20 months from April 2017, without any progress.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned VI Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the proceedings in O.S.No.2019 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.
