The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the Review Application SR.No.1333 of 2023 in C.A.No.105 of 2006 in C.P.No.243 of 1997.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for condoning the delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the delay of 62 days in filing the Review Application SR.No.1333 of 2023 in C.A.No.105 of 2006 in C.P.No.243 of 1997 is condoned and this Application is ordered accordingly.
