These petitions have been filed to recall the order dated 30.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.724, 7141, 7143, 7145 & 7147 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent submitted that insofar registration of FIR in Crime No.137 of 2017 is concerned, there was no compromise. Except the Crime No.137 of 2017, insofar as the other cases are concerned, there was compromise between the accused and the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that insofar as Crime No.137 of 2017 is concerned, there was no compromise between the parties.

3. In view of the above submissions, the order dated 30.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7124 of 2022 alone is hereby recalled. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.2043 of 2023 is ordered. Insofar as the other petitions, viz., Crl.O.P.Nos.7141, 7143, 7145 & 7147 of 2022, are concerned, the recalled petitions in Crl.M.P.Nos.2037, 2038, 2039, 2040 & 2041 of 2023 are dismissed.
