ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner to remove her belongings from the matrimonial home.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's Sreedhana property is in matrimonial home and she is being prevented from taking away the properties and therefore https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the complaint was given before the respondent police seeking for police protection.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was taken on file in CSR.No.396 of 2018 and the same was enquired and closed.

4. In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy in accordance with law.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
