J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present Writ Appeal has been instituted, challenging the Writ Court order dated 05.11.2025 made in W.P.No.42026 of 2025.
2. Writ Court found that the appellant has no locus standi to challenge the appointment of the 4th respondent, since she is a third party. That apart, the 4th respondent completed her service and retired from service. Therefore, Department will not be in a position to initiate any action, even if allegations are found to be true.
3. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant would mainly contend that 4th respondent had produced a false community certificate and secured public employment. Therefore, an enquiry is to be initiated. However, the 4th respondent attained the age of superannuation.
4. This Court is of the considered view that finding of the Writ Court is in consonance with the established principles. There is no infirmity in the order of the Writ Court as such. Consequently, Writ Appeals stands dismissed. No costs.
