Heard the submission of Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the review applicants, who has invited the attention of this Court to the judgment dated 28.01.2019 made in W.A.No.203 of 2019 and would submit that though the writ appeal came to be dismissed, merits of the matter have not been gone into and in the light of the grounds raised in the review application, prays for reviewing of the order.
2. Mr.C.Johnson, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent/writ petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the review applicants is also permitted to take private notice on Mr.T.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel, who appeared for the second respondent herein/School Management/appellant in W.A.No.203 of 2019.
