ORDER

(DELIVERED BY R.SUDHAKAR, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction on respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenues, Sasikala, aged 21 years and Teja Aswine, aged about 9 months, the wife and daughter of the petitioner, before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. Vide order dated 19.6.2015, this Court, while recording the fact that the petitioner and the detenues have appeared before this Court, referred the matter to the High Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mediation and Conciliation Centre, as there was a possibility of settlement.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order dated 19.6.2015, the parties appeared before the High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have settled the issue and at present the detenues are living with the petitioner. The said statement made by the counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that there is no necessity to pass any further orders in this petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
