O R D E R

This revision arises against the order of learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, passed in Crl.M.P.No.152 of 2017 in C.C.No.1913 of 2007 on 19.01.2017, dismissing a petition seeking recall of a Non-bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].

3. On a perusal of the order under challenge, this Court is of the view that in the attendant facts, not much wrong can be found therein. However, it is considered appropriate to afford https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner one further opportunity subject to conditions. Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to effect payment of a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court within a period of one week from today. Upon production of proof of such payment, Court below is directed to recall the Nonbailable Warrant issued against the petitioner without insisting on his appearance before it. Court below is further directed to deal with the case in C.C.No.1913 of 2007 expeditiously. The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the above direction.
