This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the petition satisfaction court, substituting Judicial Magistrate VI, Salem instead of Judicial Magistrate II, Attur in Crl.O.P.No.32533 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Having regard to the fact that Judicial Magistrate No. II, Attur, has to be replaced with Judicial Magistrate No. VI, Salem, in the order dated 28.12.2022, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue order copy afresh.
