ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.144 of 2015 before the 2nd respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
