ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce my son Raja @ Johnson Raja, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that her son Raja @ Johnson Raja is in the illegal custody of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Raja @ Johnson Raja was arrested in Peerkankaranai Police Station Crime No.18 of 2021 for the offence under Section 420 IPC and was produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tambaram, on 13.01.2021 and is in judicial custody since then. He further stated that the prisoner is now lodged in the Sub-Jail, Chengalpattu. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CO) /true copy/ Sub Asst.
