This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the Sessions Judge, Special Courts for SC/ST Act Cases, Vellore in Crime No.163 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alangayam Police Station, Tirupathur Ditrict.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28895 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022.
