Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue
patta in his favour in Survey No.4/1, 4/2 and 4/3, measuring an extent of 1.30 acres in Kodiyalam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2016, the 4th respondent has not passed any order so far. 5.
Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents before the 4th respondent and therefore, the 4th respondent is not in a position to consider the petitioner's representation.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents before the 4th respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on production of the necessary documents before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2016 and the documents to be produced by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
