ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 294 (b) and 506 (i) of IPC, in Crime No.4 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is a case of the year 2012 and this Court by an order dated 19.11.2012 in Crl.O.P.No.28048 of 2012 had referred the same to District Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. In view of the above and also that the case is of the year 2012, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to renew the same, if it is necessary.
